PILF stipends provide funding to first and second-year students pursuing unpaid summer internships in government and public interest law. This information session will provide students with everything they need to know to apply for a stipend for this coming summer and is strongly encouraged for any student who is thinking about applying for a stipend. BC Law's Holocaust and Human Rights Project will also provide information about their summer travel grant for students working abroad with an international human rights organization. Pro Bono & Public Interest Designation Programs, 12:45-1:15 PM (1Ls, 2Ls, 3Ls) Hear from BC Law's Public Interest and Pro Bono Program Director, Michelle Grossfield, to learn about the Public Interest Designation and Pro Bono Programs at the law school. What are these programs? How do you participate in them? What requirements must you complete before graduation to receive recognition? How are participants recognized at graduation?
