Event details Date: Wednesday, October 7, 2026 Time: 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM Location: Online About this event The number one strength of any organization is found in maximizing the potential of its members. In this session you will learn how to utilize the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment, arguably the most recognized and utilized personality and personal skills assessment. In order to attend this session you must first complete the MBTI assessment and bring your results to the session. READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY: Before you begin, take a "mental break." DO NOT complete the inventory while at work or while you are busy doing something. Pretend you are on the fourth day of a seven-day vacation. When you answer the inventory questions, BE HONEST , answer the questions the way you truly are and not the way you think you should or want to be. Do not overthink it, if you get stuck on one question, don't dwell on it, move on to the next question and after you are done, then come back and answer it. If you do not understand the meaning of some of the words, feel free to use a dictionary. But still answer honestly as to what terms represent you more often than not. If you follow these steps, then you will get the most accurate assessment of what your preferences are. · NOTE: Limit your answers to the UPPERCASE choices: "YES" or "NO."
