Silent Book Club Under the Stars @ SLM

Event details Date: Monday, September 21, 2026 Time: 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM Location: Emil Buehler Perpetual Trust Planetarium at SSC SLM About this event Join us under the night sky at the Emil Buehler Planetarium for Silent Book Club! Bring your own book or borrow one from the Library cart on site. Free book lights! (while supplies last) How it works: We introduce ourselves, share what we brought to read, and then quietly read together under the night sky. Afterwards we share our thoughts and mingle with fellow bookworms. Bring a blanket if you'd like! Bookish tip: E-readers and audiobooks work best for this experience. The lighting can be pretty low for a print book unless you have a strong booklight. FYE credit available for IDS students.
