Particular attention will be given to France’s driving role in shaping this European agenda, from the origins of the Bologna Process to today’s Horizon Europe framework, and to the prominent place of French students, universities, and researchers within Europe’s major programs. The talk will conclude with perspectives on the future of Franco-American and Euro-American academic partnerships.
