Each week we’ll gather to discuss topics centered on mental health in Latinx communities, overall well-being (bienestar), and navigating academic success through the lens of Latinx experiences. This is a community-centered space to be in comunidad, uplift one another, and engage in collective problem-solving and meaningful conversation. Discussions may take place in English, Spanish, or a combination of both, reflecting the diversity of our community.
