Sponsored by Pillsbury and hosted by the Office of Innovation and Commercialization’s The Basement, these workshops are open to everyone. We invite you to register for as many sessions as you are interested in! Event Description: Are you defining your worth by your grades, startup, or next internship offer? In an achievement-obsessed culture, it’s easy to confuse what you do with who you are. This interactive session flips the script on traditional success to explore how our definitions of joy and fulfillment directly shape the quality of our lives. Through hands-on activities like the Core Values Exercise, you will pinpoint what actually drives you, align your daily decisions with your values, trade blame for personal accountability, and build authentic connections with others. Whether you are launching a business, preparing for graduation, or simply navigating UC San Diego, this workshop will give you the clarity to lead yourself and others through a lens of purpose rather than accomplishment while coming from a place of peace rather than stress. This workshop is part of the iLead program. Attend this workshop to earn points towards your Leadership Certificate and CCR validation. Official event details: https://calendar.ucsd.edu/event/leading-with-purpose
