A skills-based training course that teaches participants about mental health and substance use concerns.
In the Mental Health First Aid course, you can learn:
– Where to turn for help
-Strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations
-Risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns

– June 12th from 9am -3pm on Zoom
-July 17th from 9am-3pm on Zoom
