Thursday Afternoon Cycle with Aster

Event details Date: Thursday, October 15, 2026 Time: 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM Location: Lola and Rob Salazar Student Wellness Center, 1355 12th Street, Denver, CO, 80204, United States Type: Lecture / Workshop About this event A combination of cardio, strength, and conditioning. This class will be a mix of intervals/drills on the indoor cycle bikes paired with full-body movements off the bike. Be prepared to work hard, but your workout will fly by with all the variety provided in this class. Options available for all levels. We strongly encourage pre-registration to save instructors time at check in. Registration opens 7 days prior to each class.
